If we have to access, preserve and disclose your information and content, it will only be for the following reasons:

Our beta version of LeanLearn transforms the Google Spreadsheet template saved on your local Google Drive into a Kanban board. Since you are modifying directly into your spreadsheet, we currently need access to your whole Google Drive. We are working on a solution where we will only access and modify files that LeanLearn has created on your Google Drive account unless you specify otherwise (See Authorization Scopes). If you have any doubts, please contact us.
By default, LeanLearn will request access to the UserInfo.Email, Drive.File, Drive.Install, and Drive.AppData OAuth scopes. These allow LeanLearn to access only files that were created with LeanLearn and allow LeanLearn to see your Google email address. Over the course of using LeanLearn you may need to grant additional authorization scopes to enable additional features. Any data that is accessed through these scopes is only sent to devices that you use with LeanLearn . LeanLearn does not send or store this information anywhere, except locally on your devices.
Students´ Personal Information
LeanLearn collects limited Personal Information from students (“Students’ Personal Information”), but only where the students’ school, district, and/or teacher has contracted with LeanLearn to collect Students’ Personal Information from students for the use and benefit of the learning environment. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to create an account without a parent or guardian’s permission. We recommend that minors over the age of 13 ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet. We require schools, districts, and/or teachers to obtain parental consent from students’ parents before collecting any such Students` Personal Information.
